I've struggled my entire life to keep my weight under control and I tried a lot of diets and exercises for weight loss purposes. But nothing worked for me, not like I wanted too. I could lose weight alright, but easily gain it back afterwords. There was something making me gain weight and the more I advanced in life the more I felt that.

If you have a certain age and maturity, THIS video should make a lot of sense to you, especially if you have a busy schedule.

Because I gained more and more weight and nothing seemed to work anymore. I started wondering if there's any point in stressing myself with losing weight. Maybe I was genetically predisposed to gain weight or I just had a slow metabolism.

I was very close to give up. But then I decided to stop reading regurgitated diets on the internet and start using my own brain, to find something that works… and I did!

I found something that clicked in my mind and I started losing weight easily after that. I was so impressed with the results, that I decided to make a video with the information that helped me reach that mind-set [that allows me to lose weight].

It took me a few months to make this video and I'm very proud of it. Looking forward for some feedback from you guys. I'm gonna do my best to stay active in the comments.

Also, I was lucky before G33k Diet, I managed to keep my weight relatively low [97 kg / 214 lb], but I was still overweight and I started to feel some of the side effects from being overweight and I have my scars [stretchmarks] to prove it.

After 15 years of unnecessary diets and workouts I started to hate them. Diets and workouts are fun and helpful, they teach us about nutrition, develop our muscles and improve our general health. But when used for losing weight they can have damaging effects on our health and bodies.

Ask someone who has a back injury from weightlifting or knee problems from running. I like weightlifting and I enjoy it, but I don't think people should do weightlifting for weight loss. Enjoying the benefits of weight loss from weightlifting is a different story.

As for why I'm a geek, well… I like computers and technology in general. I'm a web developer, network administrator, server administrator and the list goes on. I'm a freelancer and I like making my own schedule.

And to prove I know my staff, first thing I do when I get access on a server is install nano because vi is to old school for me, hehe
